Return Policy:

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the return process as described here.  Returns must be initiated and processed within 14 days of receiving the product and included in the original box in "like new" condition.  Returns apply to the original purchaser only and must include the receipt or proof of purchase. Please refer to the warranty policy included with your product for more details.


iCool Products (a Richwoods Technology company) offers a limited manufacturer warranty from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.

How long is warranty:
All new products come with a one (1) year warranty for parts and labor and 90 days for refurbished products.

Who the warranty protects:
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser.

Return Process:

  • Please contact us at (972) 378-5559 to start the return process

  • We'll assign you an RMA/Service Ticket Number, this number is require for all returning products.

  • Once this number has been assigned, we will send you an RMA Return Form.

  • Complete the RMA Return Form as requested, make sure to sign and date the form.  Include it with the product along with a valid proof of purchase (required).

  • Ship the packaged Product with the completed RMA Return Form and a copy of your Receipt to:
